Being married for a bit over 4 years, this was actually our first time sending out Christmas greeting cards as a couple! We were excited!! :)

不久之前無意中讀過一篇食譜，是教人不用麵粉也可做熱香餅。對於從前不愛吃熱香餅到後來因為他弄得好吃而改觀的我，這個食譜簡單得太不可思議了！
One time I accidentally read this recipe about making flourless pancakes. Normally I am never the one who makes pancakes at home because he is too good and I didn't think I could compare. But this recipe looked so simple I was tempted to try.

This trip is actually a little bit out of date but I decided to write about it for our memories :) A little before we found our 1st American home in June, we went on a two day trip. On Day One we went to a huge tulip farm which you may be interested to read about if you like flowers or photography.

新居的第一個秋 1st Fall at New Home

入秋了！還未成為美國居民之前，對美國的秋天都很陌生。原來在美國的秋天，你除了會有一絲絲對夏日的不捨，還會十分渴望吃暖暖的東西。這個感覺在香港沒有這麼強烈呢！

Fall has arrived for a while. It's interesting to experience fall in America. I had never had such a strong craving for hot food to soothe the dry throat and the "hollow" stomach. Last fall was my 1st fall ever in America. This fall is our 1st one together in our new home :)

點解個題目咁攪野？其實我地真係過左反轉再反轉嘅一天。。。
就係坐過山車喇！哩個主題公園由我地拍拖到結左婚嘅每一年都返黎玩。入面有過十多種過出車，有坐，有企，有訓喺到，又有吊腳。以前喺香港我地有玩「哈佬喂」，移咗民過黎就喺哩個公園玩埋哩到嘅鬼屋，感覺係驚好多！可能因為哩到啲「鬼」係「真」鬼，哈哈哈！
